Resumen de Revisión sobre prevalencia de subdominios de Deterioro Leve del Comportamiento en poblaciones desde cognitivamente normal a Deterioro Cognitivo Leve según criterios International Society to Advanced Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment

Mediante revisión sistemática se analiza la frecuencia de los subdominios de Deterioro Conductual Leve (DCol) según los criterios International Society to Advance Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment (ISTAART) en poblaciones desde Cognitivamente Normal a Deterioro Cognitivo Leve (DCL) para conocer cuáles son las manifestaciones sintomáticas más frecuentes. Mediante metodología PRISMA se seleccionaron en total 13 artículos de las bases Pub Med y ProQuest con un total de 21.457 adultos mayores. Los dominios DCol más frecuentes fueron pérdida del control de impulsos, desregulación afectiva y disminución de la motivación y los menos frecuentes fueron inadecuación social y alteración del contenido de pensamiento.

A systematic review analyzes the frequency of Mild Behavioral Impairment (MBI) subdomains according to the International Society to Advance Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment (ISTAART) criteria in populations ranging from cognitively normal to Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) to determine the most frequent symptomatic manifestations. Using the PRISMA methodology, 13 articles were selected from the PubMed and ProQuest databases, with a total of 21.457 older adults. The most frequent MBI domains were loss of impulse control, affective dysregulation, decreased motivation and the less frequent social inadequacy and alteration of thought content.
