Resumen de El ejercicio del poder público del juez constitucional diversificado

Este trabajo sostiene como tesis central que el ejercicio del poder público a cargo del juez constitucional se ha diversificado en el Estado constitucional, por ende, no solo representa el argumento contramayoritario, sino que está compuesto por tres tareas adjudicativas primarias y cuatro funciones específicas. Esta diversificación colocará al juez constitucional con un rol fundamental para propiciar una igualdad institucional entre poderes y órganos estatales.

The central thesis of this paper is that the exercise of public power by the constitutional judge has diversified in the constitutional State, and therefore, not only represents the counter-majoritarian argument, but is composed of three primary adjudicative tasks and four specific functions. This diversification will place the constitutional judge with a fundamental role to promote institutional equality between powers and state organs.
