Este estudio indaga sobre la vulneración de los DDHH de mujeres y menores en el marco del ODS5. Su objetivo es aportar iniciativas y medidas para llevar a cabo y limitar la violencia institucional que sufren las mujeres y sus hijos/ o menores en sede judicial que denuncian maltrato y abusos sexuales. Con consecuencias terribles para ambos.
La existencia de este maltrato está avalada por miles de denuncias presentadas ante el Defensor del Pueblo español, denunciada por Naciones Unidas y el Consejo Europeo. Este maltrato, asimismo, está reconocido por el propio Consejo General del Poder Judicial, que llegó a publicar una guía de buenas prácticas y recomendación para cuerpo judicial. Este martirio es una brutal vulneración de los DDHH de mujeres y menores efectuada en los juzgados españoles que desoyen a diario, dictámenes y numerosas recomendaciones sobre esta violencia, a pesar de, la elevada lesividad que esta destrucción supone a las víctimas. Este tipo de maltrato ha sido calificado por muchas víctimas como “la otra muerte”.

This study investigates the violation of the human rights of women and minors within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goal nº5 (SDG-5) of the United Nations. Its objective is to provide initiatives and measures to carry out and limit the institutional violence suffered by women and their children/or minors in court who denounce mistreatment and sexual abuse. With dire consequences for both.The existence of this abuse is supported by thousands of complaints filed with the Spanish Ombudsman, denounced by the United Nations and the European Council.
