    El enfoque Constitucional de los deberes y derechos en la responsabilidad social ayuda a comprender que siempre habrá un impacto en la realidad, para alcanzar el buen vivir. Se destaca diferentes derechos como al trabajo, bajo la perspectiva del cumplimiento de los deberes formales del sujeto pasivo, en cuanto a la entrega de los diversos comprobantes de venta, como de otros. Por otro lado, se analiza como el derecho a la vida, no sólo es responsabilidad del médico sino, a la vez del paciente ya que el Código Orgánico Integral Penal, desde la perspectiva de los delitos culposos y dolosos en la que influyen diferentes aspectos sociales, morales, religiosos y jurídicos. En cuanto al registro y el derecho de autor se visualiza que este concede disímiles prerrogativas que tienen que ser analizadas, pero que el registro hace alusión más a cuestiones del cumplimiento de obligaciones y deberes, que son de vital importancia, para aquellos que realizan obras inéditas. De la misma manera se considera fundamental los saberes ancestrales ya que son parte del conocimiento de la sociedad y se evidencia que los mismos son parte del colectivo, por ende, deben beneficiar a la mayoría de este. Es así, esta primera edición, busca dar a conocer la relevancia de los derechos constitucionales como humanos en la responsabilidad social desde sus diferentes ámbitos.

    The Constitutional approach of duties and rights in social responsibility helps to understand that there will always be an impact on reality, to achieve good living. Different rights are highlighted, such as the right to work, under the perspective of the fulfillment of the formal duties of the taxpayer, regarding the delivery of the various sales receipts, as well as others. On the other hand, it is analyzed how the right to life is not only the responsibility of the physician but, at the same time, of the patient, since the Organic Integral Penal Code approaches it from the approach of culpable and intentional crimes. In the approach to registration and copyright, it is visualized that this grants different prerogatives that have to be analyzed, but that registration refers more to the fulfillment of obligations and duties, which are of vital importance, for those who create unpublished works. In the same way, ancestral knowledge is considered fundamental since it is part of the knowledge of society and it is evident that it is part of the collective, therefore, it should benefit most of it. Thus, this first edition seeks to make known the relevance of constitutional and human rights in social responsibility from different areas.
