Resumen de Gestión, intervenciones y sujetos patrimoniales en la recuperación del Centro Histórico del Rímac (1991-2018)

En el interés de apuntar hacia la intervención integral de los centros históricos, el tema de la gestión se plantea como un sistema que articula todas las actuaciones sobre los centros históricos en sus distintas dimensiones tangibles e intangibles. De esta manera, la gestión como objeto de estudio permite un acercamiento a las dinámicas de rehabilitación multidimensional, en lo referido a las temáticas emergentes de estudio urbano, multiescalar, en la articulación de las diferentes escalas de planificación y gobierno; y multiactoral, en la implicancia en la toma de decisiones de diversos sujetos y sus intereses sobre el territorio. El objetivo del artículo es contribuir al conocimiento sobre el área correspondiente al distrito del Rímac en el Centro Histórico de Lima que en los últimos años ha sido reconocida local e internacionalmente como el Centro Histórico del Rímac. Desde un enfoque histórico, se plantea el reconocimiento del sistema de gestión en la recuperación del Centro Histórico del Rímac generado por los sujetos patrimoniales involucrados en dicho proceso en el periodo 1991-2018. Asimismo, se identificaron valores y discursos patrimoniales desde la tematización de los procesos de gestión y la participación de actores sociales específicos en dichos procesos.

In the interest of pointing towards the comprehensive intervention of historical centers, the issue of management is posed as a system that articulates all actions on historical centers in their different tangible and intangible dimensions. In this way, management as an object of study allows an approach to the dynamics of multidimensional rehabilitation, in relation to the emerging themes of urban study, multiscalar, in the articulation of the different scales of planning and government; and multiactoral, in the implication in the decision making of diverse subjects and their interests on the territory. The objective of the article is to contribute to the knowledge about the area corresponding to Rimac´s district in the Historic Center of Lima, which in recent years has been recognized locally and internationally as the Historic Center of Rimac. From a historical perspective, it´s proposed the recognition of the management system in the recovery of the Historic Center of Rimac generated by stakeholders involved in the period 1991-2018. Likewise, heritage values and discourses were identified from the thematization of management processes and the participation of specific social actors in those processes.
