El enterramiento 307 de Bobadilla: nuevos datos sobre el ritual funerario de época romana en la provincia de Málaga

    Nuevos trabajos arqueológicos en el noroeste de la localidad de Bobadilla (Antequera) amplían nuestro conocimiento sobre una importante necrópolis de época romana asociada, probablemente, con la uilla homónima de esta población. La intervención de 2022 aporta novedades con respecto a la topografía, cronolo- gía y los rituales funerarios de este asentamiento entre el siglo " y el # d.C. Destaca, por sus características tipo- lógicas y ajuar asociado, la denominada «Tumba 307».

    New archaeological works that are being carried out in the northwestern area of the town of Boba- dilla (Antequera, Andalusia, Spain) are currently expanding our knowledge on a very important necropolis from Roman times that is likely to have a connection with the homonymous Roman uilla that exists in the same town. The 2022 archaeological intervention has provided new data regarding the topography, chronology and funeral rituals of this archaeological site between the 1st century A.C. and the 5th century A.C. In particular, the relevance of the grave that has come to be known as «Tomb 307» must be highlighted due to its typological characteristics and the grave goods belonging to it.
