Resumen de La Inmigración hispanohablante en España: el reto sociolingüístico identitario entre acomodación y mantenimiento de la variedad

  La inmigración hispanohablante hacia España, la llamada "migración de retorno", es un fenómeno sociolingüístico de gran entidad. La mitad de los hispanohablantes que migran hacia Europa vienen a España, lo que convierte la península en una meta privilegiada, porque permite una primera entrada en Europa sin la dificultad de aprender una nueva lengua y de insertarse rápidamente en el mercado laboral. Se podría inferir, en este sentido, que están en condiciones de participar en la vida política, social, económica y cultural de su nuevo país sin demasiados límites. Sin embargo, es imprescindible indagar acerca de la variación en la que se enraíza su diferencia dialectal como fenómeno pragmático y como componente sociolingüístico, relacionado con la identidad y con la posterior integración de estos migrantes. El objetivo de esta presentación es analizar los conceptos ligados a los procesos de acomodación o resistencia de la variedad de español migrante y evidenciar los datos presentes en la investigación empírica desarrollada en España en los últimos 30 años. Concluye el trabajo con una sinopsis de las opiniones que hacen cambiar o mantener una variedad lingüística según la visión que cada hablante migrado tiene de su proceso de cambio lingüístico y del de sus hijos.

  Spanish-speaking immigration to Spain, the so-called "return migration", is a major sociolinguistic phnomenon. Half of the Spanish-speakers who migrate to Europe come to Spain, which makes the peninsula a privileged destination, because it allows a first entry into Europe without the difficulty of learning a new language and quickly entering the labour market. It could be inferred, in this sense, that they are able to participate in the political, social, economic and cultural life of their new country without too many limits, however, it is essential to investigate the variation in which dialectal difference is rooted as a pragmatic phenomenon and as a sociolinguistic component, related to the identity and subsequent integration of these migrants. The aim of this presentation is to analyse the concepts linked to the processes of accomodation or resistance of the migrant variety of Spanish and to highlight the data present in the empirical research carried out in Spain over the last 30 years. The paper concludes with a synopsis of the opinions that make a linguistic variety speaker has of his or her own and his or her children's process of linguistic change.
