    Los tribunales superiores de justicia («TSJ»), liderados en materia de execuátur de laudos arbitrales extranjeros por el de Madrid, continúan con su tendencia, definida en los últimos años, de favorecer al máximo el reconocimiento de este tipo de resoluciones. Ahora, mediante dos nuevos autos dictados el pasado 21 de junio de 2023 por el TSJ de País Vasco (Sala de lo Civil y Penal) y el 19 de septiembre de 2023 por el TSJ de Madrid (Sala de lo Civil y Penal), en reconocimiento de dos laudos dictados, respectivamente, por la Cámara de Comercio de Estocolmo y un árbitro único inglés designado por las partes.

    The High Courts of Justice («TSJ»), led by the Court of Madrid in the matter of the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, continue with their trend, defined in recent years, of favouring as much as possible the recognition of this type of decisions. Now, by means of two new orders issued on 21 June 2023 by the High Court of the Basque Country (Civil and Criminal Division) and on 19 September 2023 by the High Court of Madrid (Civil and Criminal Division), in recognition of two awards issued, respectively, by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and an English sole arbitrator appointed by the parties.
