Resumen de Relación terapéutica inicial en agresión sexual infantil: perspectivas de niñas, niños y sus terapeutas

  Este estudio cualitativo busca caracterizar, desde la perspectiva de las niñas, niños y sus terapeutas, la relación terapéutica inicial e identificar los elementos que la facilitan u obstaculizan. Los participantes fueron seis psicólogos y psicólogas, y seis niñas y niños de entre cinco y ocho años de edad, que se encontraban iniciando psicoterapia en un programa especializado en maltrato y abuso sexual infantil. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a las y los niños y profesionales, más el dibujo "Mi terapeuta y yo" a las y los niños, posteriormente sometidas a un análisis narrativo. Los resultados indican que una buena relación terapéutica inicial se caracteriza por el juego y sentimientos positivos entre los y las niños y sus terapeutas; como facilitadores se identifican el juego, una actitud lúdica y cercana del terapeuta; como obstaculizadores se mencionan una actitud terapéutica poco sintonizada, intervenciones focalizadas en hablar y dificultades relacionales de las y los niños. Se discute la relevancia del juego, el impacto de la ASI en las dinámicas relacionales de las y los niños, y la importancia de una oferta lúdica para establecer una buena relación en la psicoterapia en ASI.

  Scarce research has studied the construction of this relationship in childhood sexual abuse (CSA) psychotherapy, and even less based on the perspective of its participants. This study aimed to describe the initial therapeutic relationship and the elements that facilitate or hinder its positive formation from the perspective of children and therapists participating in CSA psychotherapy. A qualitative study was developed, including six children between five and eight years old and their six psychologists who were starting psychotherapy in a specialized child sexual abuse and maltreatment program. Semi-structured interviews with children and therapists, plus the drawing "My therapist and I" to the children, were completed. Data analysis was narrative. Findings indicated that positive initial therapeutic relationships are marked by play and positive feelings between the child and therapist. The therapists' playful and close attitude facilitated a good initial relationship. A poorly attuned therapeutic attitude, interventions focused on talking and relationship difficulties of the child were some of the hindrances.

  The role of play, the impact of CSA on the relational dynamics of children and the therapists' playful offer are discussed in terms of their influence in initiating a good relationship in psychotherapy in CSA
