Resumen de Trayectoria de las primeras universitarias en Valladolid: de la excepción a la depuración

  Presentamos en este estudio una radiografía de las mujeres que estudian en la Universidad de Valladolid, influidas por momentos políticos diferentes. La panorámica sobre el acceso de las pioneras y las mentalidades acerca de la condición social de las mujeres de finales del xix, nos permite profundizar en lo ocurrido durante la dictadura de Primo de Rivera y, especialmente, en la Segunda República, analizando cifras y cambios. A partir de aquí, rescatamos las trayectorias de mujeres singulares no solo por llegar a la universidad, sino porver condicionadas, cuanto menos, sus aspiraciones profesionales, fruto de la depuración franquista. El análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de las fuentes documentales custodiadas en el Archivo de la Universidad de Valladolid quiere arrojar luz sobre la evolución y condicionantes de la presencia femenina en esta universidad y reconstruir aquellas vidas marcadas por el estallido de la guerra civil y la dictadura franquista.

  This paper is an in-depth study of the women who studied at the University of Valladolid, influenced by a number of different political times. The adoption of a broad outlook regarding the manner in which these pioneering students gained access to university and mindsets regarding the social status of women in the late 19th century allows us to delve further into the events of the dicta- torship of Primo de Rivera and, especially, the Second Spanish Republic, by analysing figures and changes. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the documentary sources from the Archive of the University of Valladolid wants to shed light on the evolution and decisive factors of the female presence in this university and reconstruct those lives marked by the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War and the Franco’s dictatorship.
