Durante el primer tercio del siglo XX la consolidación del fútbol como espectáculo de masas conllevó la aparición de una abundante bibliografía relativa al tema. En el conjunto de tierras valencianas vieron la luz, entre 1921 y 1936, una treintena de obras de temática diversa que ayudaron a los aficionados a familiarizarse con las reglas y los protagonistas del nuevo deporte.

During the first third of the 20th century, the consolidation of football as a mass espectacle led to the appearance of an abundant bibliography related to the topic. In the whole of Valencian lands saw the light, between 1921 and 1936, around thirty works by diverse themes that helped fans to get acquainted with the rules and the protagonists of the new sport.
