Resumen de El pensamiento complejo ¿Qué debe saber y saber hacer el docente en este cambio de época?

  En los últimos años ha surgido un especial interés por cómo implementar el pensamiento complejo en la praxis docente. En este sentido, se destaca lo complejo y la complejidad, y la educación vista desde el pensamiento complejo. El objetivo de este trabajo fue describir y analizar las bases sobre las que se sustenta el pensamiento complejo y su influencia en la educación, para lo cual se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática. Los datos indicaron que la educación debe eliminar la fragmentación de los saberes; considerar el contexto para comprender significativamente; el conocimiento pertinente; y, cambiar su forma de enseñar. En este sentido, se destacan elementos que favorecen una enseñanza efi caz como: la actualización de los contenidos; crear un “entorno para el aprendizaje crítico natural”; emplear una diversidad de estrategias que fomenten el trabajo cooperativo, creativo e interdisciplinario; la evaluación de los aprendizajes; y que los docentes tengan altas expectativas de sus estudiantes.

  In recent years, there has been a special interest in how to implement complex thinking in teaching praxis. In this sense, it highlights the complexity and complexity, and education seen from complex thinking. The objective of this work was to describe and analyze the bases on which complex thinking and its influence on education is based, for which a systematic bibliographic review was carried out. The data indicated that education must eliminate the fragmentation of knowledge; consider the context to understand significantly; the relevant knowledge; and, change the way you teach. In this sense, elements that favor effective teaching are highlighted: the updating of the contents; create an "environment for natural critical learning"; employ a variety of strategies that encourage cooperative, creative and interdisciplinary work; The evaluation of learning; and that teachers have high expectations of their students.
