Resumen de Parkinson: A propósito de un caso clínico

  El Parkinson es una enfermedad neurodegenerativa progresiva e irreversible que aparece por la falta de dopamina en el organismo, no tiene cura y se manifiesta a través de cambios en la marcha y el control involuntario de los músculos, su tratamiento está enfocada a retrasar su evolución y mejorar la calidad de vida de la persona. Objetivo: Describir el tratamiento fisioterapéutico retardando la evolución de la enfermedad y mejorando el estilo de vida de la persona. Metodología: Reporte de caso Resultados: El tratamiento aplicado al paciente tuvo un resultado favorable debido a que se vio cambios significativos en los temblores de la mano y la marcha del paciente. Conclusión: El tratamiento fisioterapéutico bien realizado permite establecer un efectivo tratamiento en el adulto mayor que nos ayudará a retrasar la evolución de la enfermedad.

  Parkinson's is a progressive and irreversible neurodegenerative disease that appears due to a lack of dopamine in the body, it has no cure and manifests itself through changes in gait and involuntary muscle control, its treatment is focused on delaying its evolution and improve the quality of life of the person. Objective: To describe the physiotherapeutic treatment slowing the evolution of the disease and improving the lifestyle of the person. Methodology: Case report Results: The treatment applied to the patient had a favorable result because significant changes were seen in the tremors of the hand and the patient's gait. Conclusion: The well-carried out physiotherapeutic treatment allows establishing an effective treatment in the elderly that will help us to delay the evolution of the disease.
