  Los datos que se refieren a la salud deben estar especialmente protegidos, ser de carácter confidencial. No deben caer en manos de terceras personas, solo el interesado y el personal sanitario tendrán acceso. Se tendrán en cuenta los riesgos que pueden surgir para que esto no se cumpla y se pondrá remedio antes de que pase.

  Los datos de los pacientes sólo pueden ser manejados por el propio paciente y por el personal sanitario. Incumplir este precepto es incumplir la ley.

  Data referring to health must be specially protected, be of a confidential nature. They must not fall into the hands of third parties, only the interested party and the health personnel will have access. The risks that may arise so that this is not fulfilled will be taken into account and a remedy will be put before it happens.

  Patient data can only be handled by the patient themselves and by healthcare personnel. Failure to comply with this precept is to violate the law.
