Resumen de Termo Territorial Coletivo como instrumento de concretização de cidades sustentáveis

  A segregação socioespacial esfacela o espírito da urbe de congregação, constituindo-se em entrave a construção de cidades sustentáveis e a efetivação do direito à cidade. No território das cidades brasileiras a segregação pode ser estimulada pela legislação, como ocorre com a nova lei de regularização fundiária (Lei n. 13.465/17) que, ao fomentar a regularização no aspecto jurídico, possibilitando a titulação do informal, introduz no mercado o que antes não podia entrar. Esta inserção no mercado de moradias, em especial da população de baixa renda, provoca expulsão e exclusão. O presente artigo visa analisar, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, o Termo Territorial Coletivo (TTC) como instrumento capaz de coibir a gentrificação urbana. Nesse sentido que se apresenta o Termo Territorial Coletivo como instrumento de, por meio da efetivação do direito fundamental à moradia, concretizar cidades sustentáveis, tal qual estipulado na Meta 11.1 do ODS 11 e Estatuto da Cidade

  Socio-spatial segregation undermines the spirit of the congregational city, constituting an obstacle to the construction of sustainable cities and the realization of the right to the city. In the territory of Brazilian cities, segregation can be encouragedby legislation, as occurs with the new land regularization law (Law no. 13,465/17) which, by promoting regularization in the legal aspect, enabling the titling of informal land, introduces into the market the who previously could not enter. Thisinsertion into the housing market, especially for the low-income population, causes expulsion and exclusion. This article aims to analyze, through bibliographical research, the Community Land Trust(CLT) as an instrument capable of curbing urban gentrification. In this sense, the Community Land Trustis presented as an instrument for, through the implementation of the fundamental right to housing, achieving sustainable cities, as stipulated in Goal 11.1 of SDG 11 and the City Statue
