    El presente reseña esclarece la postura del autor respecto a los problemas del tesauro sobre el tema de la finca en de la literatura contemporánea dentro de un enfoque interdisciplinar. Se examina las influencias recíprocas de los estudios literarios, la geografía y la historia del arte en el estudio de los textos de finca y define el concepto de «paisaje literario».  Esta reseña representa un intento del autor dar característica al modelo de vida rural de una «dacha» y el de una finca. El autor centra su atención en los capítulos de la monografía dedicados al análisis del «topos de la finca rusa» en las obras de Serguéi Yesenin, Nicolái Kliúyev, Iván Shmelióv, Borís Zaytsev. Además, se incluye el anexo que contiene materiales del trabajo práctico en la elaboración de planificación estratégica realizado por el autor para algunas fincas – museos literarios.

    This review clarifies the author's position on the problems of the thesaurus on the estate in contemporary literature within an interdisciplinary approach. It examines the reciprocal influences of literary studies, geography, and art history on the study of estate texts and defines the concept of "literary landscape". This review represents an attempt by the author to characterize the model of rural life of a "dacha" and that of an estate. The author focuses his attention on the monograph chapters devoted to analyzing the "topos of the Russian estate" in the works of Sergey Yesenin, Nikolay Klyuyev, Ivan Shmelyov, Boris Zaytsev. In addition, there is an appendix containing materials of practical work on the development of strategic planning carried out by the author for some estates - literary museums.

    В рецензии освещается обращение автора монографии к проблемам тезауруса современного литературного усадьбоведения в рамках междисциплинарного подхода: изучается взаимовлияние литературоведения, географии, искусствознания в процессе исследования «усадебных» текстов,  определяется понятие «литературный ландшафт». В рецензии представлена попытка автора книги охарактеризовать «усадебную» и «дачную» модели  сельской жизни. Основное внимание уделяется главам монографии, посвященным анализу составляющих и динамики «усадебного топоса» в творчестве С.А. Есенина, Н.А. Клюева, И.С. Шмелева, Б.К. Зайцева, а также приложению, содержащему материалы практической работы автора книги по подготовке документов стратегического планирования для ряда литературных музеев-усадеб.
