    Con base en el constitucionalismo feminista multinivel, se plantea la pregunta, ¿cumple realmente el Tribunal de Justicia de Río Grande del Norte con el Protocolo para Juzgar con Perspectiva de Género 2021? Así, en esta investigación se examina la perspectiva de género como elemento del constitucionalismo multinivel, se analiza la legislación que contribuye a la implementación del mencionado protocolo y, finalmente, se revisa la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia para evaluar si este está juzgando con perspectiva de género.

    Based on multilevel feminist constitutionalism, the question arises, does the Superior Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Norte really comply with the 2021 Protocol for judging with a gender perspective? Thus, this research examines the gender perspective as an element of multilevel constitutionalism, analyzes the legislation that contributes to the implementation of the aforementioned protocol and, finally, reviews the jurisprudence of the Superior Court of Justice to assess whether it is judging with a gender perspective.
