  • Resumen
    • In this study, characteristics of good and bad question periods were determined, and the effects of these and no question period on a speaker's credibility with a television audience were measured. Additionally, the effects of high, low, and no credibility introductions were measured. It was found that both question periods and introductions have a significant effect on a speaker's credibility and that a poor question period performance is particularly damaging to a speaker's reputation.
