Resumen de Apunts sobre l’ofici de supervisora

Amb aquest article faig un recorregut pel que ha estat per a mi el fet de ser i fer de supervisora des del treball social com a autònoma i en l’exercici lliure de la professió en els darrers 20 anys.
El contingut recull aspectes vivencials i altres de caràcter conceptual, tècnic i metodològic a l’entorn d’aquesta pràctica que situo en tres apartats: en el primer, una anàlisi d’aquelles experiències professionals i personals que van influir en aquesta opció professional; en el segon, donar compte de les raons que justifiquen la necessitat d’espais de supervisió, explicant alhora què és i què pot aportar la supervisió; i finalment, descriure les modalitats de supervisió amb què més he treballat, fent un esment especial a la supervisió en contextos institucionals, amb equips interdisciplinaris i amb grups de professionals.

With this article I make an itinerary for what has been for me the fact of being and acting as supervisor from the social work as autonomous and in the exercise free of the profession in the last 20 years.
The contents collect experience aspects and others, conceptual, technical and methodological character around this practice that I place in three sections: In the first, an analysis of those professional experiences and staff who influenced on this professional option; in the second, to give an account of the reasons that justify the need of spaces of supervision, explaining while him and what the supervision can bring; and finally describing the modalities of supervision I have worked with more, making a special mention to the supervision in institutional contexts, with interdisciplinary teams, and with groups of professionals.
