    El trabajo que se presenta forma parte de los resultados obtenidos en el proyecto Modelo pedagógico acorde con las demandas del siglo XXI para la formación de profesionales en la Universidad de Artemisa y tiene como objetivo valorar el estado de la dimensión teórico-normativa relacionadas con las concepciones del profesional universitario a formar. Se tuvieron en cuenta como métodos del nivel teórico y empírico tales como: histórico- lógico, analítico- sintético, inductivo- deductivo y el estudio documental. Lo anterior revela la necesidad e importancia de este proyecto que responde a las condiciones reales de la sociedad del siglo XXI.

    The present work is part of the results obtained in the project Pedagogical Model accord with the claims of the XXI Century for the education of professionals in the University of Artemisa and has as objective to value the state of the theoretical-normative dimension related to the conceptions of the university professional to form. Methods of the theoretical and empirical level as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and the documentary study were kept in mind. What have been said reveals the need and importance of this project as it answers to the real conditions of the society of the XXI Century.
