Resumen de Diseño arquitectónico sustentable y socialmente responsable, desde el modelo de necesidad

  El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el diseño arquitectónico sustentable y socialmente responsable, desde el modelo de necesidad. Para ello, se utilizó como metodología una investigación bibliográfica, un método de análisis-síntesis y el método PRISMA para recopilar y sintetizar los hallazgos de los estudios teóricos. En los resultados se desarrolló en tres apartados: 1.- el diseño arquitectónico sustentable y socialmente responsable, 2.- el papel de las necesidades en el diseño arquitectónico y 3. comportamiento de compra actual de espacios arquitectónicos y tendencias actuales. Y como conclusiones se determinó que un diseño arquitectónico sustentable y socialmente responsable no solo se trata de crear estructuras estéticas, sino también de abordar las necesidades humanas básicas en armonía con el medio ambiente.

  The objective of this research is to analyze sustainable and socially responsible architectural design, from the necessity model. For this purpose, bibliographic research, an analysis-synthesis method and the PRISMA method were used as methodology to compile and synthesize the findings of the theoretical studies. The results were developed in three sections: 1.- sustainable and socially responsible architectural design, 2.- the role of needs in architectural design and 3. current purchasing behavior of architectural spaces and current trends. And as conclusions, it was determined that a sustainable and socially responsible architectural design is not only about creating aesthetic structures, but also about addressing basic human needs in harmony with the environment.
