    Enfrentar la crisis ambiental para el futuro técnico agrónomo requiere un comportamiento responsable frente a los problemas agroambientales con criterios de sustentabilidad. Sin embargo, se encontraron insuficiencias en la sensibilidad ambiental expresada por los estudiantes del tercer año de la carrera de Técnico Medio en Agronomía del Politécnico José Ávila Serrano y en sus modos de actuación no manifiestan valores de respeto y responsabilidad ambiental, que les permitan actuar a favor del medio ambiente, hacer frente al cambio climático y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible. Por ello, se elabora un procedimiento para la formación de valores ambientales profesionales, para el logro de un comportamiento agroambiental, orientado al desarrollo sostenible y al enfrentamiento al cambio climático en la práctica laboral de este técnico. Como muestra aleatoria simple se escogieron 10 estudiantes que representan el 45,45% de la población. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico. Su combinación permite afirmar que el resultado investigativo es pertinente, corroborándose mediante la prueba modelo de los signos con un 95% de confianza, la hipótesis de investigación, al lograr un comportamiento agroambiental basado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos ambientales exigidos en el perfil de egresado.

    To confront the environmental crisis for the future agronomist technician requires a responsible behavior in the face of agro-environmental problems with sustainability criteria. However, insufficiencies were found in the environmental sensitivity expressed by the students of the third year of the Middle Agronomy Technician career of the Polytechnic José Ávila Serrano and in their ways of acting they do not manifest values of respect and environmental responsibility, which allow them to act in favor of the environment, face climate change and contribute to sustainable development. Therefore, a procedure is elaborated for the formation of professional environmental values, for the achievement of an agro-environmental behavior, oriented to sustainable development and to confront climate change in the work practice of this technician. Ten students representing 45.45% of the population were chosen as a simple random sample. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. Their combination allows affirming that the research result is pertinent, corroborating by means of the model test of the signs with 95% confidence, the research hypothesis, when achieving an agro-environmental behavior based on the fulfillment of the environmental requirements demanded in the graduate profile.
