    Introducción: el proceso de selección de talentos deportivos durante los últimos años ha tenido una gran aceptación por parte de entes deportivos debido a la necesidad de seleccionar y captar de manera adecuada a las futuras promesas deportivas, de esta manera es clave la realización de la masificación deportiva dentro de los Unidades Educativas y específicamente en las horas de Educación Física Objetivo: identificar y apoyar a los estudiantes con habilidades sobresalientes en diversas disciplinas deportivas. Métodos: esta investigación fue de tipo no experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo,  y un corte transversal, para su fin a travez de la obtención de datos por medio del Instrumento a emplear como es la bateria de test de FEDENADOR (2013)  a los 202 estudiantes de edades  entre 6 a 15 años  de la Unidad Educativa Julio María Matovelle esto pemitió recolectar datos y cuantificar las variables de estudio, que perimitieron describir la realidad de situaciones del grupo, asi mismo con la ejecución de estadígrafos descriptivos se obtuvo la M, DS, MIN y MAX de los distintos evaluados,  con el análisis de los datos obtenidos se toma a consideración diversos criterios de la batería de test FEDENADOR para identificar y orientar a los individuos hacia un deporte determinado según sus particularidades pudiendo llegar a ser posibles talentos deportivos. Resultados: se evidencio las características del grupo de estudio y se les remite a las disciplinas deportivas como son de combate: lucha olímpica, judo, taekwondo, así como también a los deportes de tiempo y marca como: atletismo, natación y deportes colectivos como el fútbol, voleibol, baloncesto todos estos evaluados en base a medidas antropométricas y pruebas físicas.

    Introduction: the process of selecting sports talents in recent years has had great acceptance by sports entities due to the need to adequately select and recruit future sports promises, in this way the realization of massification is key sports within the Educational Units and specifically in the hours of Physical Education Objective: identify and support students with outstanding skills in various sports disciplines. Methods: this research was non-experimental, with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope, and a cross section, for its purpose through obtaining data through the instrument to be used, such as the FEDENADOR test battery (2013). to the 202 students aged between 6 to 15 years of the Julio María Matovelle Educational Unit, this allowed us to collect data and quantify the study variables, which allowed us to describe the reality of the group's situations.

    Likewise, with the execution of descriptive statisticians, the M, DS, MIN and MAX of the different evaluated, with the analysis of the data obtained, various criteria of the FEDENADOR test battery are taken into consideration to identify and guide individuals towards a specific sport according to their particularities, which may become possible. sports talents. Results: the characteristics of the study group were evident and they were referred to sports disciplines such as combat: Olympic wrestling, judo, taekwondo, as well as time and mark sports such as: athletics, swimming and team sports such as football, volleyball, basketball all of these evaluated based on anthropometric measurements and physical tests.
