  La prospectiva estratégica en los últimos años se ha convertido en el estudio a nivel Global para analizar el comportamiento de las organizaciones en el futuro, de esta forma se tiene un análisis de la prospectiva a nivel regional en los Gobiernos autónomos descentralizados de la provincia de Chimborazo y su influencia en el desarrollo local. Todas las organizaciones sean estas públicas o privadas se encuentran en constante cambio, esto es debido al constante avance de la tecnología, la globalización y complejidad de los mercados, los gustos de los clientes más exigentes, desastres naturales, problemas surgidos por la pandemia que en la actualidad dio. En este trabajo se aplicó un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo con un tipo de investigación descriptivo, se utilizó el método deductivo e inductivo, los datos obtenidos se plasmó en los resultados de la misma.

  Strategic foresight in recent years has become the study at a global level to analyze the behavior of organizations in the future, in this way there is an analysis of foresight at a regional level in the decentralized autonomous governments of the province of Chimborazo and its influence on local development. All organizations, whether public or private, are in constant change, this is due to the constant advancement of technology, the globalization and complexity of the markets, the tastes of the most demanding clients, natural disasters, problems arising from the pandemic that in the news gave. In this work, a qualitative and quantitative approach was applied with a descriptive type of research, the deductive and inductive method was used, the data obtained was reflected in the results of the same.
