    El concepto de sociedad está ligado a la idea de que ella se constituye a partir de los individuos que interactúan entre sí para establecer relaciones sociales, regidas por un conjunto de normas legales constitucionales. Desde esta premisa se desarrolla el presente artículo con miras a describir como el Estado Constitucional de Derechos y Justicia se constituye en determina nte de las relaciones entre los individuos y la sociedad ecuatoriana. El mismo responde a una investigación descriptiva y d e tipo documental - bibliográfica. En base a los resultados se puede expresar que l a Constitución Política de la República del Ecuador vigente, identifica al Estado ecuatoriano como Constitucional de Derechos y de Justicia, al entrañar los derechos civiles y políticos fundamentales, que se erigen como códigos socialmente compartidos y entidades de protección jurídica que le da cimiento al sistema jurídico - político como medio que regula las interrelaciones sociales de los ciudadanos ecuatorianos.

    The concept of society is linked to the idea that it is constituted from individuals who interact with each other to establish social relations, governed by a set of constitutional legal norms. From this premise, this article is developed with a view to describing how the Constitutional State of Rights and Justice is constituted as a determinant of the relations between individuals and Ecuadorian society. It responds to a descriptive and documentary - bibliographic research. Based on the results, it can be stated that the current Political Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador identifies the Ecuadorian State as a Constitu tional State of Rights and Justice, by including fundamental civil and political rights, which are erected as socially shared codes and entities of legal protection that give foundation to the legal - political system as a means that regulates the social int errelations of Ecuadorian citizens.
