    Este artículo analiza la situación irregular e ilegítima del régimen de Nicolás Maduro, a partir de la inconstitucional convocatoria, por una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente fraudulenta e inconstitucionalmente convocada y electa en 2017, de unas elecciones presidenciales anticipadas que se celebraron en agosto de 2018, que fueron declaradas inexistentes por la Asamblea Nacional y desconocidas por la comunidad internacional.
