Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar, en el marco histórico de los cuatro grandes períodos políticos de la historia constitucional de Venezuela que comenzó en 1811, la fase final del último período, el del Estado democrático centralizado, que comenzó en 1961 y cuya crisis comenzó en 1993, habiendo entrado en su fase terminal.

This article analyzes, within the historical framework of the four great political periods of the Venezuelan constitutional history that began in 1811, the final stage of the last of those periods, the one of the Democratic Centralized State that began 1961, the crisis of which began in 1993, and has currently enter in its terminal phase.
