Resumen de ARAUCANOS y su Derecho Consuetudinario. Analogía con el Derecho Romano. Legislación Nacional Argentina

  En nuestro suelo argentino, hay pueblos que desde sus inicios fueron habitados por hombres autóctonos, no son desconocidos, sino que representan el pasado, preservados en el tiempo hasta la actualidad, ellos son los indígenas, también llamados aborígenes, hermanos con quienes compartimos la tierra destinada.

  Este trabajo que responde al título antes mencionado, pretende demostrar que más allá de las diferencias de lugar, tiempo y cultura existen normas de carácter consuetudinario, propias de estas comunidades, que están relacionadas con el Derecho Romano.

  Asimismo, intenta ofrecer un breve análisis sobre las disposiciones constitucionales, las del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación y otras leyes atinentes a la temática de los pueblos originarios, especialmente los araucanos.

  In our Argentine soil, there are peoples that from their beginnings were inhabited by native men, they are not unknown, but represent the past, preserved in time until today, they are the indigenous people, also called aborigines, brothers with whom we share the land destined.

  This work that responds to the aforementioned title, aims to demonstrate that beyond the differences of place, time and culture there are customary rules, typical of these communities, which are related to Roman Law.

  Likewise, it attempts to offer a brief analysis of the constitutional provisions, those of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and other laws related to the subject of the original peoples, especially the Araucanians.
