    OBJETIVO: Fue establecer la relación entre la labor docente durante la pandemia Covid 19 y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Nº 72005 Asillo, periodo 2020. METODOLOGIA: Fue de tipo, básica, nivel descriptivo - correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 20 docentes y 305 estudiantes de la institución educativa con una muestra de 20 docente y 122 estudiantes, para la selección de la muestra se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta e instrumento fue el cuestionario, para la prueba de hipótesis se utilizó el chi tabulado. RESULTADOS: Muestra el valor del total de estudiantes observados el 54.1% llego a obtener el nivel de logro esperado así mismo se tuvo como resultado que el 63.9% de los docentes tienen una labor docente buena, según la prueba de hipótesis chi cuadrada la cual arrojo un valor = 27.228  siendo este un valor mayor a la prueba Chi tabulada con un valor = 9.49, lo que consta el resultado de p = 0.000 el cual es menor al nivel de significancia = 0.05. CONCLUSIÓN: Se concluye que si existe relación entre la labor docente durante la pandemia Covid 19 y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa N°72005 – Asillo periodo 2020.

    OBJECTIVE: It was to establish the relationship between teaching work during the Covid 19 pandemic and the learning of the students of the Educational Institution No. 72005 Asillo, period 2020. METHODOLOGY: It was basic, descriptive level - correlational, quantitative approach, non-experimental design. The population was made up of 20 teachers and 305 students from the educational institution with a sample of 20 teachers and 122 students. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used to select the sample. For data collection, the survey was used as a technique. and instrument was the questionnaire, for the hypothesis test the tabulated chi was used. RESULTS: It shows the value of the total number of students observed, 54.1% managed to obtain the expected level of achievement, and the result was that 63.9% of the teachers have a good teaching job, according to the chi-square hypothesis test which showed a value = 27.228, this being a value greater than the Chi test tabulated with a value = 9.49, which shows the result of p = 0.000 which is less than the significance level = 0.05. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that there is a relationship between teaching work during the Covid 19 pandemic and the learning of the students of the Educational Institution N°72005 – Asillo during the 2020 period.
