Resumen de Normativa y procedimientos en la actividad minera informal para evitar accidentes y enfermedades en la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

  Este estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo aplicar procedimientos y normativas en la regulación y control de actividades mineras informales en Zamora Chinchipe Ecuador para precautelar accidentes y enfermedades, se realizó un estudio descriptivo, para esto se realizó la respectiva encuesta y la observación en campo la que determina las condiciones actuales del trabajador minero y podemos decir también el medio laboral en el que se encuentra y también se pueda identificar  deficiencias en el manejo de la normativa en lo que respecta a seguridad y salud ocupacional , todo trabajo que realiza este trabajo informal, es importante recalcar que estos pequeños  grupos mineros informales no hay preocupación en aplicar la normativa o reglamento para proteger la salud y vida del trabajador, y por ende podemos decir que no pueden obtener concesiones ni en el avance del país y el medio ambiente ya que laboran al margen de la ley , atentando además con sus vidas con el trabajo informal.

  This research study aims to apply procedures and regulations in the regulation and control of informal mining activities in Zamora Chinchipe Ecuador to prevent accidents and diseases, a descriptive study was carried out, for this the respective survey and field observation were carried out, which determines the current conditions of the mining worker and we can also say the work environment in which they are found and deficiencies can also be identified in the management of regulations regarding occupational safety and health, all work carried out by this informal work is It is important to emphasize that these small informal mining groups have no concern in applying the rules or regulations to protect the health and life of the worker, and therefore we can say that they cannot obtain concessions or in the advancement of the country and the environment since they work at outside the law, also threatening their lives with informal work.
