El artículo analiza las novedades introducidas por la Ley 11/2019, modificada por la 5/2021, de cooperativas de Euskadi, en los órganos de la cooperativa. Tras analizar los cambios legislativos pasa a su aplicación en la obligatoria adaptación de estatutos sociales. The article analyzes the changes introduced by Law 11/2019, modified by Law 5/2021, on cooperatives in the Basque Country, in the corporate bodies of the cooperative. After analyzing the legislative changes, it describes resultant mandatory changes to be made in the bylaws. It concludes with issues that have not been resolved by the new law and remain pending in the opinion of the author.Received: 24 July 2023 Accepted: 17 December 2023
