En el año 1970 en El Salvador se habilitó desde el Estado el debate en torno a la reforma agraria. Esto sucedió en un contexto específico a nivel continental. Durante esa década que se iniciaba los jesuitas de la Universidad Centroamericana hicieron sus aportes al debate sobre la reforma agraria. En este artículo analizaremos la concepción del filósofo jesuita Ignacio Ellacuría al respecto.

In 1970 the Salvadoran state encouraged debate surrounding agrarian reform. This occurred in a specific context at the continental level. At the beginning of that new decade, the Jesuits of Central American University also made their contributions to the debate on agrarian reform. In this article we will analyze the conception of the Jesuit philosopher Ignacio Ellacuría with respect to the debate.
