• Correction Notice In the article “Mesoamerica in a Bowl: The Botanical and Cultural Heritage of Crescentia L. Vessels” by Xitlali Aguirre-Dugua and Alejandro Casas in Current Anthropology Volume 64, Number 5 (October 2023; https://doi.org/10.1086/727484), the geographic coordinates of Crescentia alata and Crescentia cujete from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) shown in figure 2 were not cited properly. The correct citations are C. alata (GBIF.org, May 2, 2020; GBIF occurrence download https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.ru885y) and C. cujete (GBIF.org, May 2, 2020; GBIF occurrence download https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.zr67hh).
