  • This paper examines the regulation of the nuclear sector in the European Union and in Italy, in view of the current energy crisis because of Russian-Ukrainian conflict.

    The Author, trying not to take subjective a priori positions and to remedy the problems highlighted in this essay, has provided new insights for a debate on the reintroduction of the peaceful use of atomic energy for civil purposes in Italy.
