Resumen de A análise crítica do discurso (ACD) como abordagem teórico-metodológica para o estudo de identidades

  Introduction: The constitution of identities is permeated by limitations that imply employability, if the analytical focus of this path is directed to the social dimension of work, and to focus identity on discourse analysis from the business context breaks up with a capitalist logic of the naturalization of the latter, assuming it as political, displacing it from its functional sense. Objective: The objective of this work, as an essay, is to present the ontological and epistemological assumptions of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) as a theoretical-methodological approach to the study of identities in the field of organizational studies. Results: The proposed discussion follows with the presentation of the stratified ontology of the CDA and, at the epistemological level, the reflections contemplate the fundamentals for the construction of knowledge in Textually Oriented Discursive Analysis (TODA) and of a critical character, bringing brief reflections on the contributions of other approaches to discourse analysis. Conclusions: Thus, the CDA is presented as a theoretical and methodological framework for investigations that consider the constitution of identities as a process of discursive identification, which makes it constituted in the discourse, as well as a constituent element of it.

  Introdução: A constituição das identidades é permeada por limitações que implicam na empregabilidade, se o foco analítico deste percurso é direcionado à dimensão social do trabalho, e enfocar a identidade na análise do discurso a partir do contexto empresarial é romper com uma lógica capitalista de naturalização desta, assumindo-a política, deslocando-a de seu sentido funcional. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho, em caráter de ensaio, é apresentar as suposições ontológicas e epistemológicas da Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD) como uma abordagem teórico-metodológica para o estudo das identidades no campo dos estudos organizacionais. Resultados: A discussão proposta segue com a apresentação da ontologia estratificada da ACD e, em nível epistemológico, as reflexões contemplam os fundamentos para a construção do conhecimento em Análises Discursivas Textualmente Orientadas (ADTO) e de caráter crítico, trazendo breves reflexões sobre as contribuições de outras abordagens da análise do discurso. Conclusões: Assim, apresenta-se a ACD como um enquadramento teórico e metodológico para investigações que considerem a constituição de identidades como um processo de identificação discursiva, que a torna constituída no discurso, bem como um elemento constituinte deste.
