What values prevail in the Ingenious Hidalgo novel? Which of each of your main characters? Are the values defended by Don Quixote essentially contradictory to those defended by Sancho Panza? And what difference can be seen between the saying and the fact, between the verbal manifestations and the real behavior of the characters? And do they change or evolve throughout the story? And if they do, where? And taking into account the interspersed novels, what differences can be seen between the behavior of their characters compared to those of the rest of the novel? Could a certain morality of the novel be extracted from all this? Too much agenda for a communication, but delineating some basic response to understand the moral message of Don Quixote will be the object of this work.

¿Qué valores prevalecen en la novela del Ingenioso Hidalgo?¿Cuáles de estos valores son explícitos y cuales implícitos en el relato?¿Qué valores distinguen a cada uno de sus principales personajes?¿Son los valores defendidos por don Quijote esencialmentecontradictorios con los defendidos por Sancho Panza? ¿Y qué diferenciase aprecia entre el dicho y el hecho, entre las manifestacionesverbales y el comportamiento real de los personajes? ¿Y cambiano evolucionan a lo largo del relato? Y si lo hacen ¿hacia dónde?Y teniendo en cuenta las novelas intercaladas ¿qué diferencias seaprecian entre el comportamiento de sus personajes respecto a losdel resto de la novela? ¿Se podría extraer de todo ello una determinadamoralidad de la novela? Demasiado temario para una comunicación,pero delinear alguna respuesta básica para entender elmensaje moral del Quijote sí será el objeto del presente trabajo.
