    El análisis teórico legislativo y científico de la justicia social constituye el centro de estudio de este trabajo académico, el cual se realiza a partir del vocablo justicia en general desde el ámbito legal y posteriormente en el enfoque de justicia social en la educación y en el trabajo particularmente de nivel superior. Para tal efecto, sirven de apoyo la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y su ley reglamentaria en materia de educación. Al mismo tiempo se investiga el tema en la aportación científica doctrinaria para su desarrollo y concluir en la existencia del reconocimiento por parte de la legislación mexicana del derecho humano a la educación superior gratuita pero que no ha sido puesto en práctica.

    The theoretical legislative and scientific analysis of social justice constitutes the center of study of this academic work, which is carried out from the word justice in general from the legal field and subsequently in the approach of social justice in education and at work particularly at a higher level. For this purpose, the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and its regulatory law on education serve as support. At the same time, the topic is investigated in the doctrinal scientific contribution for its development and concludes in the existence of recognition by Mexican legislation of the human right to free higher education but that has not been put into practice.
