Resumen de La artista lectora: el yo transtextual y la biblioteca como taller

El trabajo de la artista mexicana Marianna Dellekamp destaca por establecer relaciones entre la visualidad y la textualidad, pero además nos ofrece una experiencia donde se vinculan la aesthesis y la lexis, es decir, lo sensible y lo perceptual —mediante la lectura—. En este artículo se analiza su obra utilizando el método semiológico —profundizando tanto en lo denotado como en lo connotado de las piezas—. El análisis permitirá comprender la autofi- guración de la artista como un «yo» transtextual, así como el empleo de la biblioteca como un taller de experi- mentación sensible. Revisar su obra permitirá comprender las complejas relaciones tejidas entre la literatura y las artes visuales en el siglo XXI.

The work of Mexican artist Marianna Dellekamp stands out for its proposal in which not only does visuality and textuality dialogue, but also offers an experience where aesthesis and lexis are related, that is, a sensitive experience where the perceptual prevails. In this article her work is analyzed using the semiological method, delving into both what is denoted and what is connoted in the pieces. The analysis will allow us to understand the self-figuration of the artist as a transtextual self, as well as the use of the library as a workshop for sensitive experimentation. Reviewing her work will allow us to understand the complex relationships woven between literature and the visual arts in the 21st century.
