Resumen de Exámenes especiales de auditoría a empresas industriales

  La presente investigación, fue efectuada en la “Empresa Industrial El COZAR Cía. Ltda.”, ubicada en el cantón Cevallos de la provincia de Tungurahua de la república del Ecuador, con el objeto de efectuar un Examen Especial de Auditoría, habiendo elaborado un Programa de Auditoría para evaluar la gestión del último periodo a la Gerencia, como de cada uno de los Departamentos. El contenido del Programa se basó en un cuestionario de preguntas, análisis de las preguntas, resultados e informe con las respectivas recomendaciones.

  De los problemas que sobresalieron en el examen, fueron que no se practicaba el Control Interno, inexistencia de Reglamentos, no efectuaban constataciones físicas con los inventarios de materia prima, productos en proceso y terminados, como tampoco se realizaban análisis a los Estados Financieros, que se permita conocer datos que puedan servir para la toma de decisiones.

  The present investigation was carried out in the "Industrial Company El COZAR Cía. Ltda.", located in the Cevallos canton of the Tungurahua province of the Republic of Ecuador, with the purpose of carrying out a Special Audit Examination, having prepared an Audit Program to evaluate the management of the last period to the Management, as of each of the Departments. The content of the Program was based on a questionnaire of questions, analysis of the questions, results, and a report with the respective recommendations.

  Of the problems that stood out in the examination, were that Internal Control was not practiced, there were no Regulations, they did not make physical verifications with the inventories of raw materials, products in process and finished products, nor were analyzes carried out on the Financial Statements, which It allows to know data that can be used for decision making.
