    El objetivo general de la investigación fue describir el diseño universal del aprendizaje para el fortalecimiento la lectura y escritura en educación inicial. S e desarrolló desde un enfoque cuantitativo con un método descriptivo con diseño no experimental, el cual se apoyó en el análisis documental – bibliográfico. Se organizó un proceso investigativo en donde la población de estudio, se basó primordialmente en docu mentos escritos como tesis, y artículos científicos, entre otros, estudiándolos y construir conclusiones que ayudan en la generación de nuevos conocimientos. Se concluye que, el uso de métodos que permitan la integración y fortalecimiento de la lectura y e scritura en educación inicial, contribuirá favorablemente en la motivación del niño en el proceso cognitivo en el cual va adquiriendo las bases indispensables para su crecimiento intelectual desde la lúdica y el diseño universal de aprendizaje, cuyas herra mientas deben estar dinamizadas por las Parvularias que acompañan significativamente a los infantes.

    The general objective of the research was to describe the universal learning design for strengthening reading and writing in early education. It was developed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive method with a non - experimental design, which was supported by documentary - bibliographic analysis. A research process was organized in which the study population was based primarily on written documents such as theses and scientific articles, among others, studying them and building conclusions that help in the generation of new knowledge. It is concluded that the use of methods that allow the integration and strengthening of reading and writing in early education will contribute favorably to the motivation of children in the cognitive process in which they acquire the indispensable bases for their intellectual growth thro ugh playfulness and the universal design of learning, whose tools must be energized by the nursery school teachers who accompany the infants significantly.
