Resumen de Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de las unidades educativas

  E l objetivo de la investigación fue establecer la incidencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Unidad Educativa Particular Rosa Cedeño de Granizo .

  El tipo de estudio fue correlacional, en la que se consideró una muestra de Veintiún (21) trabajadores que laboran en la institución educativa .

  Los resultados i ndicaron que el clima organizacional de acuerdo al análisis de las cinco dimensiones que se consideraron en este estudio, están condicionado la motivación que el trabajador recibe, ya que esta, es fundamental para mantener el talento de una organización sa tisfecho con su entorno laboral y cumplir con cada una de las responsabilidades .

  Finalmente se concluye, que el clima organizacional si incide en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de las Unidad Educativa Particular Rosa Cedeño de Granizo, con un val or r de Pearson de 0.713 que indica una correlación muy significativa entre las dos variables.

  The objective of the research was to establish the incidence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the workers of the Unidad Educativa Particular Rosa Cedeño de Granizo. The type of study was correlational, in which a sample of twenty - one (21) workers working in the educati onal institution was considered. The results indicated that the organizational climate according to the analysis of the five dimensions that were considered in this study, are conditioned to the motivation that the worker receives, since this is fundamenta l to maintain the talent of an organization satisfied with its work environment and to fulfill each one of the responsibilities. Finally, it is concluded that the organizational climate does affect the work performance of the workers of the Rosa Cedeño de Granizo Private Education Unit, with a Pearson's r value of 0.713, which indicates a very significant influence between the two variables.
