Resumen de Vuelven (López, 2017).: Lloronas contra el orden femi-genocida

El concepto de “grotesco traumático” (Connelly, 2015) servirá de base para el análisis discursivo del funcionamiento de la figura fantasmagórica femenina que entronca con el mito de la Llorona en el filme Vuelven (López, 2017). Para indagar su función como dispositivo crítico, se desentrañarán los elementos con los que se construye la perspectiva crítica de género desde el terror y la abyección y los conceptos de “vidas precarias” (Butler, 2006) y “femi-genocidios” (Segato, 2016) en el contexto del “capitalismo gore” (Valencia, 2010). Se comprueba que la metáfora grotesca muestra lo espectral como aliado ambivalente que aterra y desorienta pero que desvela el entramado sociopolítico corrupto y violento del orden patriarcal feminicida y dignifica a sus víctimas.

The "traumatic grotesque" concept (Connelly, 2015) will serve as the basis for the discourse analysis of the functioning of the phantasmagoric female in the film Vuelven (López, 2017), figure that connects with the myth of La Llorona. In order to investigate its function as a critical device, the elements with which the critical gender perspective is built from terror and abjection will be unraveled, from the concepts of "precarious lives" (Butler, 2006) and "femi-genocides" (Segato, 2016) in the context of “gore capitalism” (Valencia, 2010). We conclude that the grotesque traumatic metaphor shows the spectral as an ambivalent ally that terrifies and disorients, but that reveals the corrupt and violent sociopolitical framework of the feminicidal patriarchal order, and dignifies its victims.
