    La metodología Lean Manufacturing se puede aplicar en cualquier tipo de empresa ya sea de producción o de servicio, en cualquier área que requiera cambios, nuevas estrategias y constantes análisis para ver la situación en la se está yendo. Toda empresa quiere ser estable en el mercado, competitiva y menorar sus costos sin olvidar el objetivo que tienen, por ello buscan la mejora de su productividad en el entorno de producción y en la eficacia de sus colaboradores. Se toma en cuenta un previo análisis de la situación para recomendar alguna herramienta Lean que especifica en la aplicación con el objetivo de mejorar la productividad. El objetivo de este artículo de literatura es analizar la relación que hay entre Lean Manufacturing y la Productividad. De esta manera se concluye que Lean Manufacturing se aplica y llegan a influir directa y significativamente en la Productividad de el área donde se requiera la mejora de la productividad con el uso de las herramientas Lean.

    The Lean Manufacturing methodology can be applied in any type of company, whether production or service, in any area that requires changes, new strategies and constant analysis to see the situation in which it is leaving. Every company wants to be stable in the market, competitive and lower their costs without forgetting their objective, which is why they seek to improve their productivity in the production environment and the efficiency of their collaborators. A previous analysis of the situation is taken into account to recommend a Lean tool that is specified in the application with the aim of improving productivity. The objective of this literature article is to analyze the relationship between Lean Manufacturing and Productivity. In this way, it is concluded that Lean Manufacturing is applied and directly and significantly influences the Productivity of the area where the improvement of productivity is required with the use of Lean tools.
