Resumen de Kaizen Methodology: literature review and implementation analysis

  En este artículo de investigación de revisión sistemática incluye la metodología Kaizen en el sector Alimentos, esta herramienta es muy importante pues ayuda a realizar una mejor gestión de los procesos de producción, optimizando todos los recursos y mejorando constantemente la calidad de estos. Ya sea con nuevas estrategias que les den mayor estabilidad en el mercado o por innovación gracias a la globalización, dando como resultado mayor rentabilidad. Para la presente investigación se desarrolló una recolección de información de bases indexadas como REDALYC, DIALNET, GOOGLE, SCIENCEDIRECT, SCIELO, SCOPUS, en estas bases se seleccionaron 50 investigaciones , se aplicaron criterios con relación al tema idioma, año y tipo de publicación,  siendo estas 50 investigaciones 50 artículos científicos, lo más resaltante de estas investigación son que el 40% de lo que se encontré se relacionaban con el tema de investigación que es Kaizen en industria manufacturera, luego el 32 % eran investigación de Lean Manufacturing en la industria, y el 28% sobre Kaizen en cualquier organización.

  Donde llegue a la conclusión que la práctica del método Kaizen en el sector manufactura, es bastante beneficioso y de gran importancia para las empresas de todo tipo desde las más pequeñas hasta las multinacionales, esto gracias a su clasificación, orden y disciplina, generando la mejora continua de las organizaciones.

  This systematic review research article includes the Kaizen methodology in the Food sector, this tool is very important because it helps to better manage production processes, optimizing all resources and constantly improving their quality. Either with new strategies that give them greater stability in the market or through innovation thanks to globalization, resulting in greater profitability. For the present investigation, a collection of information from indexed bases such as REDALYC, DIALNET, GOOGLE, SCIENCEDIRECT, SCIELO, SCOPUS was developed, in these bases 50 investigations were selected, criteria were applied in relation to the subject language, year and type of publication, being These 50 investigations 50 scientific articles, the most outstanding of these investigations are that 40% of what I found was related to the research topic that is Kaizen in the manufacturing industry, then 32% were Lean Manufacturing research in the industry, and 28% on Kaizen in any organization.

  Where I come to the conclusion that the practice of the Kaizen method in the manufacturing sector is quite beneficial and of great importance for companies of all kinds from the smallest to multinationals, thanks to its classification, order and discipline, generating improvement continuous organizations.
