Resumen de Lean Manufacturing: Literature review and implementation analysis

  El presente artículo de investigación abarca la implementación de lean manufacturing en el sector metal mecánica, está herramienta es de suma importancia debido a su objetivo que es minimizar las pérdidas producidas en cualquier tipo de proceso de fabricación, de una forma magnífica de utilizar los recursos que son imprescindibles. Su enfoque está en la satisfacción del cliente. Buscando que el producto se entregué de una forma correcta en el momento indicado y en el lugar planeado, el objetivo del artículo es dar a conocer más sobre la influencia del método lean manufacturing en el rubro metal mecánica. Esta investigación se desarrolló recolectando investigación de bases de datos indexadas como Scielo, sciencedirect, repositorios y Scopus. De los cuales se seleccionaron 50 investigaciones, teniendo en cuenta criterios como el año de publicación el título de investigación. Es por ello que dentro de las 50 investigaciones 46 artículos y 4 revistas, que fueron seleccionados mediante un proceso sistemático. Se escogió por la similitud que tenía con nuestra investigación, es decir que el 50 % hablaba de influencia de lean manufacturing y como mejoro en el sector de manufactura y que métodos se usaron. El 30% lean manufacturing que también hablaba de métodos de mejora en la manufactura y el 20% la implementación de lean manufacturing a nivel generalizado en todo el sector. Llegando a la conclusión, la implementación del lean manufacturing, es un método que trae muchos beneficios sin importar el tamaño de la empresa. Esto es gracias a minimizar las pérdidas producidas en cual quiero tipo de proceso, se adapta y sin importar la magnitud del proceso y va de la mano con la mejora continua.

  This research article covers the implementation of lean manufacturing in the metalworking sector, this tool is of the utmost importance due to its objective, which is to minimize the losses produced in any type of manufacturing process, in a magnificent way of using the resources that They are essential. His focus is on customer satisfaction. Looking for the product to be delivered correctly at the right time and in the planned place, the objective of the article is to make known more about the influence of the lean manufacturing method in the metal mechanics sector. This research was developed by collecting research from indexed databases such as Scielo, science direct, repositories and Scopus. Of which 50 investigations were selected, taking into account criteria such as the year of publication and the title of the investigation. That is why within the 50 investigations 46 articles and 4 magazines, which were selected through a systematic process. It was chosen because of the similarity it had with our research, that is, 50% spoke of the influence of lean manufacturing and how it improved the manufacturing sector and what methods were used. 30% lean manufacturing that also spoke of improvement methods in manufacturing and 20% the implementation of lean manufacturing at a general level throughout the sector. Concluding, the implementation of lean manufacturing is a method that brings many benefits regardless of the size of the company. This is thanks to minimizing the losses produced in any type of process, it adapts and regardless of the magnitude of the process and goes hand in hand with continuous improvement.
