La colaboración repasa las decisiones de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos que versan sobre los derechos políticos (artículo 23 de la Convención Americana sobre los Derechos Humanos) y cómo estas son desconocidas por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, violentando el llamado control de convencionalidad.

This paper reviews the decisions from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights about political rights (Article 23 of the American Convention on Human Rights) and how they have been unknown by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, violating the so-called conventionality control.
