Resumen de Una reflexión sobre los métodos interdisciplinares en la ciencia jurídica

Con el nuevo milenario, ha resurgido una reflexión sobre los métodos jurídicos y la relación entre la ciencia jurídica y otras disciplinas. Se pone en consecuencia varias preguntas: ¿cómo pueden combinarse las disciplinas científicas sin perder sus respectivos conocimientos? ¿Cómo pueden los juristas abordar otras áreas de conocimiento o apropiárselas sin engañarse a sí mismos? No existe una respuesta única y cierta. Como mínimo, podemos, por una parte, ponernos de acuerdo sobre las dificultades y los escollos que encuentran los juristas cuando trabajan con otros saberes y, por otra, apoyarnos provisionalmente en las experiencias pluridisciplinares o interdisciplinares que ya se han llevado a cabo. Conducen a preconizar, por el momento, un método pragmático de articulación de los saberes disciplinarios.

With the new millennium, a reflection on legal methods and the relationship between legal science and other disciplines has re-emerged. This raises several questions: how can scientific disciplines be combined without losing their respective expertise ? How can jurists approach or appropriate other areas of knowledge without deceiving themselves? There is no single and certain answer. At the very least, we can, on the one hand, be agree on the difficulties and pitfalls to avoid when jurists are working with other fields of knowledge and, on the other hand, provisionally rely on the pluridisciplinary or interdisciplinary experiments that have already been carried out. They lead us to recommend, for the moment, a pragmatical method of articulating disciplinary knowledge.
