    Catálogo documental de los seis guerreros que ostentaron el cargo de armiger regis en el palacio leonés de Fernando I (1038-1065), previo el análisis crítico de 39 testimonios (19 reales, 17 privados y 3 judiciales): cinco de ellos falsos (rechazados aquí como argumento) y 34 auténticos (6 originales y 28 copias), en los que se han co-rregido cinco datas anuales, así como los nombres y apellidos mal transmitidos en otras cuatro escrituras. Lo poco que cabe deducir sobre la trayectoria y las funciones del armiger durante este período no discrepa en nada de lo que ya muestran los diplomas durante los 86 años anteriores (951-1037). Y por último se ha añadido un apéndice con diversas noticias relativas al atuendo militar y las monturas durante el pleno siglo XI.

    A documentary catalog of the six warriors who held the position of armiger regis in the Leonese palace of Fernando I (1038-1065), prior to the critical analysis of 39 testimonies (19 real, 17 private and 3 judicial): five of them false (rejected here as an argument) and 34 of them authentic (6 originals and 28 copies), in which five annual dates have been corrected, as well as the names and surnames incorrectly transmitted in four other scripts. The little that can be deduced about the trajectory and the functions of the armiger during this period does not disagree at all with what the diplomas of the previous 86 years (951-1037) already demonstrate. And finally, an appendix has been added with various news related to military attire and mounts throughout the 11th century.
