Empero, cada día se detectan más riesgos de desempleo tecnológico, trato discriminatorio o precarización asociada. However, the risks of technological unemployment, discriminatory treatment or associated precariousness are becoming increasingly apparent. The V Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining Agreement signed by the social agents will attempt to regulate this on the basis of consensus.
