Percepción ante el proceso de jubilación del profesorado de la UAEMéx próximo a jubilarse

    La jubilación es un proceso social e individual de la etapa adulta del individuo laboralmente activo y que para muchos significa un cambio nada fácil de aceptar y enfrentar, por tal motivo, la presente investigación consideró como sujeto a la comunidad de docentes de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México planteando como objetivo el conocer la percepción ante el proceso de jubilación que tiene el profesorado de la UAEMéx próximo a jubilarse. Es una investigación cualitativa de estudio fenomenológico donde la información fue recopilada mediante una entrevista semi-estructurada y la observación realizada a seis docentes de diferentes facultades. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se tienen que el profesorado manifestó emociones contrastantes (positivas y negativas) costándole aceptar este cambio vital; económicamente, tienen deudas controlables y ahorros para afrontar el cambio; se sienten acompañados en el proceso tanto familiar como socialmente y la mayoría retrasó su proceso por causas familiares.

    Retirement is a social and individual process of the adult stage of the working individual and that for many means a change that is not easy to accept and face, for this reason, the present investigation considered the community of teachers of the Autonomous University of Estado de México, proposing as an objective to know the perception of the retirement process of the UAEMéx faculty close to retiring. It is a qualitative research of phenomenological study where the information was collected through a semi-structured interview and the observation made to six teachers from different faculties. Among the main results obtained are that the teachers manifested contrasting emotions (positive and negative), making it difficult for them to accept this vital change; economically, they have manageable debts and savings to face the change; they feel supported in the process both family and socially and most delayed their process for family reasons
